CONDITIONS

Payment
I work officially as a registered entrepreneur (Sole Trader) in England, so all payments are made to an official account, in cash or by card. You will receive a confirmation of payment (invoice) after the shooting is completed. To book a shooting date, a 30% prepayment is required. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the shooting or within the agreed terms specified in the payment invoice.
What is included in the cost of the shooting:
- preliminary consultation: I help create a concept, select a style and discuss all the details (place, images, mood).
- process organization: control over each stage of the shooting, help with posing, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.
- photo processing: basic processing of all selected photos (color, light, general style). Professional retouching - upon request.
- transfer of finished materials: photos are transferred to an online gallery or on a USB drive (by agreement).
Additional services
If you need more frames in retouching, you can order an additional service, the cost of retouching 1 photo is £20.
File storage guarantee
All photo and video materials are guaranteed to be stored by me for 6 months. During this period, you can request a resend of files for free. After 6 months, the files may be deleted from my archive and their recovery is not guaranteed.

Copyright
You get full rights to use the photo for personal or commercial purposes (depending on the type of shooting). The authorship of the photographer is retained: the publication of materials must contain a mention of me as the photographer (tag or signature). You cannot sell the photos to third parties without prior consent. I have the right to use the photo for my portfolio, social networks or website, if the client does not object (this is discussed in advance).
